How much should I expect to pay for the big Brophy book "The Springfield 1903 Rifles" I think it's about 600 pages and was printed in 1985 and 1988.

I believe retail is about $75.00. I bought a new copy on Amazon.com 3 or 4 years ago for $45.00. -

Look on www.addall.com under either "new" or "used" - it will tell you the cheapest price at literally dozens of online book sites. Check Bookfinder.com. I found my copy several years ago. They list new and used books and who has them, and their prices.Comment

In terms of information, it hasn't changed since 1985. It has been a generation since Brophy wrote the book.
