    M-1903A4

One of the first rifles I purchased from James River Armory years ago. 1903A4 repro. Saw this rifle in the rack at Mark's booth at Camp Perry and just had to have it and it's sister 1903A3 follow me home. Haven't had to adjust the scope in 15 years even though it has done plenty of knocking down of AR-500 prairie dogs at 200 yds. Still love shooting the 30-06s. Whatta Hobby!

Nice. I see why you bought it.

Just curious. Is this barrel 2 grove or 4 grove rifling?

Found some photos of how I used to shim the A4s. .015 brass tucked around the barrel usually did the job. Not allowed in competitions, but sure works well for my uses. Whatta Hobby!
