If you look closely there is a slight gap between the rear sight base and the receiver. It looks like someone removed the base from another barrel and placing it on this one. Need to see the bottom of the base to see the pin placement. Looks like the top edge is a little mashed from beating it off. It also appears the witness marks don't line up. That would need to be addressed or planned on. Maybe you could ha e the barrel taken back off and deal with both issues. On the other hand their may be problems lurking that you do t want to have.
