im looking for a straight handle J5 complete bolt. or at least the body and I should be able to find the rest eventually? are you interested in selling one? I have a Sept 1918 dated O3 that I am restoring.

Question about my bolt- it is a J5 with a swept handle, and it appears to have been with my rifle for a long time. That said, would it have been original to SA 831202? This is a USMC rifle, and a WWII rework- mostly I'm just curious if it managed to stay with it's receiver through its time in service.

Would not a J5 swept handle bolt be correct for a late 1918 rifle?
