Anybody know what a complete box of Cal. 30 Auto. Pistol Ball Cartridges developed for the Pederson Device is bringing? The cartridges are head stamped RA 19 H and there are 40 in the box.

You need to visit the various auction sites such as GB and AA and see what they are actually selling for. Some are priced outrageously and never get a bid so you need to look at those that get bids. Price can vary widely.
BTW, it's Pedersen, not Pederson. The headstamp stands for Remington Arms, 1919, Hoboken Plant. -
Thanks. I saw where one box was auctioned for $200 on the winning bid and that was 2005. There is a brick currently on GB opening bid of $1600. Guess I'll just try it with no reserve and see what happens!Comment

To soon ve gets old und too late ve gets schmart
Local gun store, years ago had a LARGE CRATE of that ammo. Could have got a few boxes for next to nothing
Reason they had it, was the result of a funeral. By the way the previous owner imagined he was a "gunsmith" and buggered up a couple of hundred rifles. I did get a Ballard action out of thatComment

I used to get them for $1-2/round a few years ago, but not any more. I got about a dozen to go with my Mark I."We make men without chests and expect from them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst."
