    Good price on a rebuilt Mk1?

    Local pusher, err DEALER, called with a Mk 1 1903 that seems to have been rebuilt in 1944 (barrel date, that is). Looks to be in pretty good condition. Wants about $1,150 or so. Is that a good deal. No Pix available.

    Sounds like a WW2 rebuild mix master. Way too much IMHO.

      Yes. Waaaay too much. I wouldn't even call it a Mark I in its current form. I recently Sold my Mark I that was ENTIRELY complete and original for $1,400.00. Here is the link to the Gun Broker add where I was selling it...
