SRS hit + NM question

Any hits for serial #1319653? So much of this 1903A1 screams National Match (rear sight ladder, trigger, butt plate, serial number range, etc.) but trying to piece it all together from Brophy and Cambell's descriptions of design changes is confusing me. Is there a succinct tutorial out there that cuts through the confusion? The biggest issue with the rifle is the (never bent) 1944 Sedgley U.S.M.C. replacement barrel. Not that it's a bad thing in and of itself, but still...
