Recently acquired a 1903 serial numbered 575075 with a 2/14 dated barrel and JFC single bolt stock. The bolt is straight handled and has an H with two punch marks under the handle but only very faint marks on the safety lug that I cannot make out and to be honest may be some kind of scratch marks. Anybody know if the bolt is correct or if not what time frame it dates to. It was apparently shot very little as the MW is slightly less than one and the bore is close to perfect.

You've looked ALL sides of the safety lug? If there are no markings on the safety lug it would be an early RIA or Springfield bolt.
Oh, one more thing ... pictures or it never happened!
