1903 Gunsmith

I need a barrel shortened and installed on my 1903A3 Carbine project. I have no one local. I have used Erik at NMA but can not afford him for this project. Cost is the obstacle. I am not ruining any original rifles/parts.

Take it to a machine shop if it is off the rifle

I want my barrel cut to a carbine length , crowned, front sight RE installed, barrel installed and headspaced to my bolt. NO A local machine shop can not do this.

Presumably you will need the stock and hand guard shortened as well. You might email chuckindenver and see if he will take on the project. I would have one smith do the whole job.
