Springfield SRS check please

I saw an early 03 at the local gun shop and was thinking about buying it. Serial number 720249. This gun has an AV barrel dated 1918 with original stock and Remington parts bolt and sight i think. I should of took pictures. Just wanted to see if it would come up on that SRS list.

Also stock is marked TENN,BU,169 any ideas on those markings?
