    Building a 1903

I have a arsenal rebuild 1921 Springfield that I thinking about tearing down and build into a match rifle not really worried about all period correct parts so my question is whom does smooth black park? It would need to be someone whom can also do minor metal work such as file and polishing

If your rifle truly requires enough work to boost the standard cost by a factor or 3 or 4, Chuck will give a call and explain why before proceeding, and only with your approval.
