    Which A3 Stock to Keep?

A friend wants to but one of two extra 03A3 stocks that I have. I've been keeping them if I ever find a rifle with a cut down stock. One is a scant stock, brand new, never on a rifle, so no markings. Old dark finish.
The other is a S stock, a few sub inspector marks in front of the trigger guard. Faint firing proof along with rebuild proof, and a AA Q rebuild stamp. Stock is very clean. Unfortunately I like them both.

Which one would have more value in the future if I ever find a rifle to put it on? Thanks.

Personally, I don't like the Scant Grip Stock-but that is me. You can buy surplus WWII Scant Grip Stocks from SARCO for $125.00 all day long. So your S Stock with the inspector's marks, etc,. is more rare and valuable.

Why not price them as you value them and let your buddy choose which one he wants. That way you don't have to decide.

Why not keep 'em? Eventually, you'd have TWO, and that's better than ONE!
