    **** need Help NOW *****

I have a stone cold mint 1903a3 and am thinking about trading it for a RIA 1903 with a SA /? 30 bbl. RIA seems about 85-90%.

    Would you make the trade?

Going to look at 1903RIA in a few short minutes.

Sent you a PM ... I'd want to know more about the RIA before I'd trade. If the RIA/SA is in good condition and totally complete, I'd be tempted. If it has mixmaster parts (i.e. out of the 1927-1930 range) I'd pass.

I concur with RtL. A stone-cold mint M'03-A3 is a more desirable and valuable asset than an RIA parts queen. But most importantly, to each his own.

      For what it's worth.

John it has mixed parts but from the same era 1927-30.

I believe it may have been one of those Rock Islands completed by springfield.

The serial number is low for some and the barrel date is only a couple of months high. Probably needs more research to confirm.

I concur. The barrel date is a bit high to be one of the Rock Islands completed by Springfield. You don't disclose the serial number.
