    Wrist Size on A4 Repro

Just bought a James River to shoot in Vintage Sniper. Have never held an original A4, but it seems that the wrist/pistol grip are too thick. Can anyone confirm this? I can think this out myself but don't want to run afoul of the rulebook. Thanks.

The USGI C stock (Keystone) I have on my 03a3 is thick at the wrist, maybe 1.5" wide.

CSP is what you make it.

A picture of your gun is worth 1,000 words. A crappy picture is only worth 100.

The CMP rules don't have stock dimensions defined. I would think you'd be OK. I put a new CMP Boyds C stock on mine and that stock is fat as heck in every dimension. I didn't skinny it down because the fat stock fits me better. Since the stock has the CMP stamp on it, if I were to get challenged by an official, I'd reply, "So tell me why a stock I bought from the CMP and stamped "CMP" is not legal under CMP rules."
