    Srg03's 160,864 Springfield

I posted one picture of my friend Kent Allen's M1903 with the TENN down below. Here are some more pictures. Note the "block proof P" on the stock, which seems a little unusual for that early of a M1903. Everything else looks correct/original.

      Thanks Rick,

I wanted to see more of the rifle after the pics you posted earlier. Remember, John said a block "P" was OK for that time frame but not seen as often.

Has the broken stacking swivel been replaced yet?
Neat looking rifle! Like a fine Chippendale piece of Furniture! Great to see those old intact ones.

          my SA 160963

My SA 160963 is very close to the rifle that Rick just posted, my barrel is SA 2-07, no bolt stock with CCV cartouche
and non serif P proof too. Also unmarked early flat top handguard.P1010036_0032_032.jpgP1010037_0033_033.jpgP1010038_0034_034.jpg

Thanks, Emri - I'd forgotten that.

Nice rifle, RCS - looks like they went down "parallel paths"!
