The '03 Springfield Rifles Era by Clark S. Campbell and a great selection of related books, art and collectibles available now at AbeBooks.com.
I have the final 2003 Edition (yellow cover) and an earlier edition published by Ray Riling. Lot of good information and personally I like the line drawings. FWIW I have been informed by a reliable source that Mr. Campbell had enough material to make the final edition twice its published size but he had to draw the line somewhere.Comment

What is the copyright date? Clark published various versions going back to 1957."We make men without chests and expect from them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst."

I had the 1978 and 1994 editions, but traded them for the 2003, which I still have.Last edited by Rick the Librarian; 10-16-2015, 09:03."We make men without chests and expect from them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst."
