Approximately what time frame were Rock Island rifle stocks marked with RI on the tips?

Rock Island Arsenal suspended M1903 rifle production in 1913. All stocks manufactured up to that time were marked with a 1/4" tall "S" on the fore end tip. When Rock Island resumed rifle production in early 1917, all stocks manufactured from that time forth were marked "RI" on the fore end tips. Rock Island suspended rifle production in mid-1919.
