    Bolt Shroud lock up

I'm not sure if the title actually describes what my issue is. I have a 1913 Rock Island. My bolt shroud won't lock to the bolt body. It just turns to where it should lock, but doesn't. What would be the cause and possible fixes?

Stuck/damaged/missing bolt sleeve lock and/or spring.

Dirty/damaged sleeve lock notch on bolt.

Tolerance stacking - common with mixed parts.
