this one works well and seems to be accurate, barrel date and gun serial mfg upwards of a month apart and sometimes a couple months more so if it matches closely its original barrel to the receiver serial.

hmmm mine has SN of 1152764, which according to oldguns, said it was mfg October 1918. the barrel, and all other parts are matching and eddystone, but barrel date says 9-18 should be correct right?

Yes it should. A month off is not at all unusual. You would want your other parts ahead of the receiver so that when the receiver was ready you could assemble immediately.

I think there are cases where they ran off even more than a month but a month is what all of mine are.

And congratulations on all the other parts being E!
