These are Yugo 8x57 rounds. Is there red sealant around the primer?

I would bet that these rounds are Berdan corrosive primed. I would certainly treat them as such until proven otherwise.

I've got several 900 round cases of the 70's Yugo and treat all of it as corrosive

The yugo stuff does tend to be corrosive. I have seen 7.62x39 yugo that is corrosive.

Corrosive and berdan primed. It's not a big deal if you clean it after shooting.
