German Mauser K98 BCD 1942 "Gussloff" Russian Capture Rifle.

I purchased it from a local guy who is moving overseas.
It's a mix of serial numbers and Waffenamt codes, But it shoots well

The Bayonet is an authentic Parade Bayonet made between the years of 1937 - 1940/41
    W.K.C.

So Here is what information I have found out about my rifle
it's a German K98 BCD 1942 "Gussloff" Russian Capture Rifle.

And some pictures with some Collectibles that are from the era.

Very nice example of a Russian capture. I have a DOT 44 in the same condition as it shoots well also.

Cleaning kit is post war, I assume you know. Nice walnut stock and blue on action/barrel looks original. Is it?
