Swedish M 41 B sniper rifle and scope

I want to buy a Swedish M 41 B sniper rifle and matching scope from SAMCO pretty soon and am wondering if anyone here has any experience with the accuracy of such a rifle which is of course in 6.5 X 55 Thanks, Fred

Everyone who shoots the plain rifles report excellent accuracy, the scope sure wouldn't make it worse! The cartridge is an excellent one. 1195, wow, wish I had bought one back in the 60's---about 60 bucks w/scope!
You can never go home again.

be cautious. about 5yrs ago, they were starting to put their own snipers together from whatever parts they had laying around. i dont keep up to date on them, so i would advise checking around as other may have better intel on the rifles they are currently offering.

Thanks Lefty. Was it actually Samco doing this?

Already mentioned somewhere on the forum, but I saw several Swede snipers at the Eastern Games sniper match. In fact a Swede won the match. Assuming a rifle is using the correct vintage/reproduction scope, I'd rate the Swedes as good as any other vintage rifle. Also have to include the 03/A4 and the Swiss sniper.

Thanks Lefty. I appreciate the information. Their scopes with the same number as the rifle then may very well be engraved by them.
