a friend of mine sent me these pictures...
hes had this sling going back to the 80s...
the metal work is painted high gloss olive drab and the sling is stenciled (in English)...
there is also a CRS stamped logo on the metal hook and clamp...

we think probably commercial but not certain...
he doesnt remember how it came to be in his possession...
