    Unit signed KM flag

    Here is a piece i picked up a few years ago.....1st Platoon, Company "C", 691st Tank Destroyer BN.

    "If a Soldier shoots it, drives it, flies it, wears it, communicates with it, or eats it – AMC provides it."

    Looks like 3 guys, Georgia, Texas and PA have Cross's after their names. K I A ?

      One of my 1st vet pieces was a kriegsflag from a family friend, taken from a pole in Magdeburg and signed by his squad.

      A few years ago I ran into his grandson who said he had no memories of his grandfather, who was quite a local character.
      Outlaw, sheriff, and everything in between.

      I gave him the flag and he was pretty happy.
