U S ARMY jungle First Aid pouch

I found this pouch among some web gear that I had put away year ago. I
was able to identify it as a US Army Jungle 1st Aid pouch, developed late
in WW2. These are dated 1944 and 1945.

I've owned one of these that was dated 1943! Mfg. by 'Filer Bros.'
It was dark o.d. green, but the belt loop on back was the lighter o.d. 3 (khaki) color.
It was used so I sold it, as I had several of the later made pouches.
Big mistake on my part.
