A 48 star flag is good if you collect WWII U.S. surplus weapons.

That appears to be a Black Watch regimental cap badge on the bottom row left.

2ND Infantry Division Patch (The Indian Head Division) Started in WW1 also in WWII and Korea.
[W]e made a great mistake in the beginning of our struggle, and I fear, in spite of all we can do, it will prove to be a fatal mistake. We appointed all our worst generals to command our armies, and all our best generals to edit the newspapers. Gen. Robert Edward Lee CSA

All that kind of stuff is collectable. The subdued Oak Leaves, not so much. Cap badges, etc are staples at gun shows up here.

Can I have somebody ID any of the medals? I can do the look up. I know one is a WWl Mercantile Medal 1914 to 1918. 133,135 issued . Upper left corner.

Also, why are there so many variations of the Brit flag in my other pic? There is Red Cross flag in the center bottom. Probably Circa WWll I have one already.

Thanks again to all. Happy Father's Day!!!

The cap badges appear to be French. (other than the Black Watch one)

That medal with the V shaped ribbon I would guess to be russian from the ribbon design.

The parachute badges are French. The far right parachute badge is the basic award. The French had seven ratings of parachute badge so I assume the other two are of those other ratings. Unfortunately, I can only recognize the basic badge. The circle cap badge under the far left parachute wings is a Foriegn Legon beret badge. The 2nd ID patch appears to be of an earlier design, maybe WWII or Korea, pretty sure it's not WW1.
