Nice piece of history there. Seeing it brings up a question...was the original shot not in black & white? If it was, it's interesting how Life darkroom artists colorized it. The three figures to the right have their blouses colored in the shade normally found in Army M41 field jackets, while the figure to the left (along with the trousers on all four) feature a more correct USMC shade. Artistically, this disparity gives the photo more "punch", but at the expense of accuracy...

Still and all, a nice example of a poster which was doubtless hanging in thousands of homes at the time but is a scarce item today.
