Reising Mag Pouch real or reproduction? Value?

Can anyone advise if this pouch is real or reproduction. Came with 3 Thompson mags but looks like a Reising pouch. Markings on the back? Value Thanks David.

I have 2 just like it with the same markings. IMHO, it is a Reising pouch and it is real.

Nope , Thompson pouch. The reising mags were 20 round , not 30. Thier pouch was the 5 cell 20 round pouch marked the same as the pictured one except 1942 dated. It does have the stud strap up high like the 30 rounders , not lower down like the Thompson 20rd pouches.
