How long has he been making them?
Do you think he sold them to TVA in the early 70's
I have had this gun for 35 to 40 years ....
And it is not fake! Mabe messed with
But all original ... Got with " lot" from TVA
With the 77e , 97, 620,520, m12, m11 etc
110% original !!!

Don't get me wrong, we appreciate Harold sharing his pictures with us of all these neat shotguns...BUT, in the overall scheme of things 35 or 40 years ago is NOT that long a time. It's the 70's and 80's, and there were plenty of fakers present making up martial oddities to take advantage of the burgeoning interest in the weapons of the two world wars. These guns may or may not be the real deal, but without paperwork from the U.S. Government, or the TVA they could be anyone's imagination. Again, I am not condemning Harold in any way, this is great stuff...but we need to take it all in with that caveat.

I almost bought one from him around 1989. So yes, he has been at it a long time.
I called the Remington historian at the time and he checked the serial number and it was not in any way shape or form military.

This is what always happens when people come up here and find out their guns are fake or not correct. You slay the messenger because you do not like the message.

The only person that needs to be banned is you, because you refuse to consider the opinions of people with more expertise than you, but instead bad mouth them.
