I'm not familiar with these. Are those US markings correct or were they added?
Also, a GHD marked stock on a Vietnam era shotgun ?

The GHD is obviously fake, since he was a WWII inspector. That right there tells you what you need to know.
The adapter appears to be a Winchester but the pictures are too dark to know if it is real. If so, it is worth more than the gun, which is totally completely fake.
