I'd guess, yes. The Ordnance Dept. flaming bomb and the US plus the general poor condition(most of the finish is gone.) suggests that.
What's the front of the barrel look like? Should have the bayonet lug and a perforated heat shield. Stock looks dry too.
There's a guy on Gunbroker who wants $349 for just the bayonet lug and shield.

No, it's not USGI. The marks are fake and the gun is not even in the correct serial number range to be a real Military trench gun. Save your money.
