Looking for Correct 1944 Model 12 Handguard

I find myself in need of a decent handguard for a 1944 serial # Model 12 trenchgun. Anybody got one rattling around that they could let go of?

Blued or parkerized? Not sure there were any M12 trenchguns made that late. But if they were, they were likely parkerized guns.

What serial number range is your shotgun?

And keep in mind that there are several Winchester serial number tables circulating on the internet, and probably in books, that are off by at least a couple of years.

I can help you with a parkerized Model 12 handguard. I have an original "W" marked guard I could sell. PM me your e-mail address and I can send you some pictures.

If your Model 12 serial number is in the 103XXXX serial range, it should be parkerized.
