Need Help. Trying to ID a trenchgun heat shield.....

I assume that this is for an earlier Winchester 1200 trench.
It has:
-a brass bead sight
-6 rows of 29 holes
-the bayonet adapter sits against the barrel muzzle
-there are three spot welds attaching the heat shield to the bayonet adapter
-there are three barrel clamp screws
-it has 11888388 cast into the bayonet adapter. I may be off on the number as I am having a hard time reading it. It may be 11688388.
