Not sure if this IS actually news, but I was on the base yesterday, and saw something that is VERY newsworthy to me......the Base has completely rebuilt Rodriguez Range......new berm, new catwalk, new target cranes, the whole shebang! The work is about 80% complete, and with the mild winter (it was in the low-80's here yesterday!), there should be NO issues with the contractor wrapping up the work within the next couple of weeks.
