    03a3

Shot a match this past week and it was an honor to shoot with someone I feel privileged to call a friend. He is a USN Bronze and Silver Star winner. I ran my Smith Corona 03A3 and he ran a Remington 03A3, my daughter and another friend both ran ARs. Anyhow just thought I would post a couple of the photos.

Names and faces with held because I have not gotten permission to put them here. A lot of awesome people out there, it is my daughter's third match and everyone is patient and eager to keep a youngster involved.

Side by side with a hero:

    Picking nits......he didn't fire a Springfield 03-A3. A Remington maybe (probably), but SA didn't make A3's!

Glad to see that Rio Salado has an active vintage HP group. I shot a Garand match there a while ago. Great bunch of folks.

Are you shooting "uphill" or is that just the way the pic came out?
