    Enjoying the day.

72 deg with a very light breeze. Had to start off the precision rifle for the April session. Savage 110 .308 in MDT chassis, X-caliber 26" 1/10 barrel. Scope is March Majesta. Ammo handloaded 110 Sierra in new Lapua brass over 46 gn of Varget. Shot off front rest and rear bag. Fire forming on new brass is a real Hoot. 100-8x. Whatta Hobby!

Sure feel nice to be getting some feeling back in my hands and getting out on the range after some time. 100 yd entry for today is a 3-7 shot off a front rest with rear bag. Savage 110 with 26" X-Caliber Heavy SS barrel in an ORYX chassis with a March Majesta scope and OSS suppressor. Ammo is handloaded Lapua lr primed brass with Berger 115 gn fb bullets pushed with 46 gn of Varget to 2940 fps. Second target with a 2-8 just for the halibut. Whatta Hobby!

mentioned elsewhere I did some horse trading for some Match 5.56/223 ammo,

did not work out, my White Oak upper /Wilson barrel does not like it at all,
      so back to reloading,

need to work up a few loads with what I have on hand,
time consuming, and with the stupidity in VA re the gun laws, my time is limited,
      however, it will work out,
