I'm not a competitive shooter - what is an NTA award (I figure that NTI - National Trophy Individual - - NTT - National Trophy Team)

Is this National Trophy Aggregate?

It's the Alice Bull Trophy Aggregate of the Presidents and NTI. The fellow that wins it is one steely-eyed hard-holder I'll tell you what!

That man would be fellow New York shooter Bob Modica. This is his 3rd time winning the award. We like to say that "his name is on the Alice Bull trophy more times than Alice Bull's". He is definitely one hard holder.
