Unertl Scope Block Chart?

Anyone have a Unertl scope block chart?

Specifically looking for the correct scope block heights (front and rear) for a Winchester Model 70 Target (1965 mfg date) with original barrel. The scope is a Unertl Target with 1.5" objective.

Not smart enough to do the trig and not enough time to do the trial and error method.
