Weaver K5 60b Scope Problem

Just had a Weaver K5 60b scope delivered that I bought on ebay. Has tapered post and crosshair. Crosshair has an "arch" to it. Has thing come unhinged?

Thanks George, but I only paid about $60 bucks shipped for it, so paying to have it fixed is not cost effective, when I can probably find another for similar price w/o messed up crosshair. Seller is refunding purchase price. I eat shipping. And so it goes.

Doesn't the paypal buyer protection help with shipping when an item isn't as listed or otherwise defective?
