Weaver 440 Recticle Change

Hey,

Been working for a couple years on building a 1903A4 Sniper clone. Finally found all the parts I need (patience is always key). Just recently purchased a Weaver 440 (I know the 330 is correct but the 440 is cheaper and looks identical). It came with beautiful original bluing, papers and the original box.

But it has a tapered post and I hate that reticle. I prefer either standard crosshairs, floating dot almost anything to the post.

Any recommendations of where to look and places to avoid? I heard of ironsightinc but also heard that have well over a year waiting period.

Wasn't a post original on snipers? Beside it will cost you more then the scopeto have any work done. And all places I've ever heard about have long wait times (you did say 'patience is always key') and are very expensive!. I would advise to just get used to it.
