Parts from Taurus

Has anybody ever tried to order repair parts from Taurus. I have and so far it's not turning out well. I ordered a complete rear sight for my pistol and so far I've gotten two sets of front sdights that are not for mt model pistol along with assortied pins that I have no idea what they fit. I'm hoping they get the order correct sometime before the election in 2016.

I personally haven't... but a friend of mine did, and had pretty good results. he swears by Taurus, and was the reason that I purchased two Taurus hand guns: a .45 (PT-145 Millennium Pro), and a .357 Magnum (PT-66 7-shot).
