    Colt 1901 Army

I picked this one up yesterday I don't normally buy Colt revolvers but this one being military marked and with J.T.T. and R.A.C. inspector stamps at a out the door price of $250 figured I couldn't go wrong. I know these arn't worth much especially in this condition but I thought it was neat.

Not a bad looking piece.Price is on par with what I've seen similar bring.Be aware, these have straight walled chambers and will chamber .38 Spec. cartridges although it is unsafe to shoot them in it,.38 Long Colt only.

Slug the barrel to see the size lead you need. Mine is a 1903 and it needs .361 lead to be any where accurate. I had to modify a set of .38 spl dies to load .38 long Colt. By the way these .38 Colt loads will not fit .38 spl.
