Intentionally Infecting Others With HIV Is No Longer A Felony In California

How about this for spreading a horrible disease? Only in the land of fruits and nuts.

Fed. govt. has hate crime laws to outlaw hate. Why should there not be fed. law to hold such terrorists accountable ... as a capital crime? If some of these left-wingers saw themselves or someone precious to them infected with this disease, wonder if they'd be so casual about it? Given how extreme they are about saving the lives of whales, snail darters, frogs, etc., got to wonder why they have so little regard for promiscuous spreading of what is the plague equivalent of the Black Death? Guess it really doesn't matter to them ... as long as the ones with the disease vote their way ... and as long as the disease only destroys other people's lives. JMHO. Sincerely. bruce.

Come now, we all know that the spread of AIDS was part of a plot engineered by the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy on behalf of a homophobic society.

I wonder what would happen if someone went into the cloak room and started jabbing California Senators with a hypodermic needle?
