Remember the MOVE incident in Philly - 1985

All the authorities were black, mayor/fire marshall/chief of police etc. When the fire started, the MOVE members shot at the first responders when they tried to put it out. The authorities had no choice but to let it burn. The whole block burnt down..

According to the local news, the groups primary diet, as dictated by their leader, was raw dog meat. The rescued children took days to condition themselves to eat cooked food because they initially threw it up.

Very badly handled, using an incendiary device of that power in a built up area. And they let those MOVE types get away with too much for too long.
