IMHO, this is exactly what she was expecting. She hasn't been able to shutup since the election loss.

She can not keep campaign funds for her own use, she can give it to other Dems running for office (or Repubs I suppose?). Or she can still pay her workers. For how long? I do not know but at least as long as she makes noises about another run, I should think. Who is watching what she does with it? maybe no one, maybe the Repubs.
