These researchers are telling us the truth but is anyone on the left listening? Al Bore still says he "needs" 15 Trillion dollars to "fight" global warming. He doesn't promise to control it. He just needs the money to fight it.

It wouldn't matter if it were 4,000 such papers or 400 million for that matter. If Algore says it, by gawd it is true! It doesn't make a bit of difference if the same climatic cycles have been repeated time and time again over millions of years it is the stinking humans that is causing it this time and they must go... and that will make this planet great again.

That is a brain-dead argument. We can measure short term changes in the ecosystem, and we have. CO2 went from 250ppm to over 400ppm in the blink of an eye, in geologic terms. That is what is called a step change excitation. Now we're going to find out how the system responds to that step change. To some degree the analogy is striking a tuning fork. The strike is sudden and sharp and then the fork does what it does. But our climate cycle is waaaay more complicated than a tuning fork. Stored methane in subsea ice and tundra is a far more potent greenhouse gas than CO2. The potential for a runaway cascade is enormous.

Red your tactic is the same as ever, which is to make a stupid ridiculous statement and then ascribe it to someone you don't like, arguing against it. It plays well to the choir, but it has no basis in objective reality. So evidence is going to continue to mount and you're going to have to go to greater lengths to pretend that what is happening is in fact not real. I have expressed an honest opinion that the number of papers written doesn't matter because the haters are still going to believe that humans are killing the planet.
