yup it sure is. i have never once heard of a black person being charged with a hate crime. yet, it seems to me there is a lot of black on white crime.

Yep SloopJohnB , that was my point about the white guy . Clintonhater , he definately deserves it , but in N.Y. I figure those thugs will be amongst peers .
around here , the last two vicious attacks got the shietheads no bond . Hopefully they will get the same treatment at trial time .
