We Baptists don't have Mass like Catholics do Pebbles. Some states by law do not allow the carrying of pdw in church. Ohio does unless the congregation posts it, mine doesn't and I carry. Pastor David knows it as do my Deacon's with not as much as a raised eyebrow. We believe in the scripture to sell your garment to obtain a sword to go against those who live by the sword. Scripture is marvelous for those of us who read and follow it, not just take it out of context to suit their own belief's. Christ, being the Son of God and perfect, gave me a command I am duty bound to follow. I am not perfect, that is why I continue to be a practicing Christian...one day I will get it right in Heaven.
