    candidates either incumbents or trying for a vacant
    previously held democrat seat ?
    If I'm correct then holding on to a seat is regarded
    by democrats as a tremendous victory ?

      Christie replaced Jon Corzine, a Goldman-Sachs CEO-like Murphy-who proved himself to be a classic tax and spend liberal. Murphy has not ruled out tax increases. History does repeat itself.
