          No idea who General Jan-Marc Jouas is but he is stupid. If No. Korea could reach Guam or the CONUS with a nuke or two... the U.S. could reply with two or three HUNDRED nukes. The No. Korean military is a joke. It hasn't fought a war for over 50 years and are still using WWI tactics... It is all bliss and bluster and fools like this general think they are a credible threat...

          Remember when some military wannabees said that Saddam's Republican Guards would kick our ass in Kuwait???
